Quality Control System

Quality control is the core part of a factory. We believe quality is the basis for our survival. We have a rigid quality control system, our quality inspector will do each checking steps meticulously.

Steel quality check:

For the steel we order, our engineer will check in first time when they arrived. To make sure the steel hardness and specification are right.
For the steel which need to do heat treatment, we will have a 2nd check after heat treatment be done, check the hardness are within our target range.

Mould dimension check:

Mould dimension is another key point of mould quality. To choose the right machining process, and control the machining precision is main task of our quality engineer. Our engineer will check the dimension after each machining, once the unqualified part be found, it will be re-machining or be replaced.

Mould test result checking and solution:

All previous work are to ensure testing come with a good result, but sometime the problems are unexpected. When comes with the problem, how to make a right solution? Yueyi have experienced engineer who check mould testing and make the solution personally.
