Customized Design

When creative ideas meet with technology, how to realize it and make it happen, it is the key point. Design is the soul of a mould, pay more attention at design stage can avoid problems for testing and production. Our design team is able to do moldflow analysis, to better understand how the material filling and other problems may happen, then we optimize the design from the beginning. Our designer have rich experience on two components mold design and other normal single component injection mould.

For customer who already have product design:

• We will help to check the drawings and make sure it can be realized by injection molding.
• Mold design will be done and sent for customer’s approval.

For customer who only have sample or ideas of the product:

• We can help make product design according to original sample, and make some slight change according to customer’s idea.
• After confirm product design, we will make the mould design.
