To complete a mould project, it mainly has 3 stages, design, manufacture, testing and improvement.
Once you arrange the down payment, we will start your order immediately.
Design (1-3 weeks)
If you have ready product design, we will take about 1 week to finish mould design.
If you’d like us to do both product and mould design, it will take about 2 weeks.
One more week for communication and confirmation.
Manufacture (9-12 weeks)
From purchase steel to first testing, it will takes about 9-12 weeks,
Normally, for small and simple moulds, 9 weeks enough, some big size and complicated mould, we will take some weeks more.
Testing and improvement (1-2 weeks)
T1 testing is to find the problems, then give solution and improve all the problems. It will take about 1-2 weeks. After that we will send qualified samples for customer approval.
After your confirmation, we will take about 1 week to prepare for shipment.
So in total, one mould have to take about 12-18 weeks from beginning to final shipment.
