This Bi-Material Gripper Mould design has 4 cavities of inner part and 4 cavities of outer part. 718H is steel for the cores and cavitie. With 6 hot runner tips and 24 sections hot runner temperature controller.
The Bi-Material Gripper are made of TPE + TPE, which is softer, more beautiful and more colourful than the PP made. PP is a relatively hard raw material, while TPE is soft and non-slip, which makes us have a more comfortable using experience.
