About Warranty Policy:

Normally we have two ways to calculate warranty period, by time or by mould shots. Below two ways, normally we account with whichever come first. Of course, if you have special requirement on the mould warranty, we can discuss in advance.
- calculate by time, from the date you receive our mould, within 1 year if you have any quality issue, we will take 100% responsibility to solve the problem.
- calculate by mould shots, it depends on how we discussed during quotation, the steel you choose for your mould, 500K, 1M or even 5M shots.
The ways to do after-sales service:
- Online support. We have all data of each mould, drawings, testing parameters, material information. Any questions during your production, you can ask your sales engineer, they will answer you promptly.
- Free spare parts. Within warranty period, some quality issue comes, we will send mould spare parts free of charge to replace the damaged one.
- Send engineer to assist. If some problem cannot be solved by client, we also have after-sales engineer who can be sent to your factory to help you solve the problem.
