2K Oxygen Mask Mould

Project introduction:

Oxygen mask have to touch with face, so it has smooth and soft to improve the user’s feeling. In market, there are two kind mask, one is the whole part made with silicon, another is the one like we made, the boundary of mask with TPE material can give soft touch feeling. PP area is solid, it gives good support and leave enough space to user.
 
We design the mould with 2K injection, help client make the part in one time with one machine and one mould.

                    1^st shot PP hot runner open gate

                    2^nd shot TPE hot runner valve gate

        Cycle time:  30s

        Injection machine:  280T rotary table two color injection machine
