2 Components Clip Mould

Project introduction:

This Clip is for Terminal box of the photovoltaic status indicator, it has high requirement of waterproof, two components injection molding combine the PP and TPE in one mould directly, it meets the requirement of waterproof, no need additional process to insert the sealing rings.

We help client customized the mould according to his machine and final put into production.

                    1^st shot PP fully hot runner
